The product runs through a servo-driven flow divider ensuring exact rotor speeds, therefore a constant product flow without pressure fluctuations, therefore an extremely accurate weight of each formed product. 

Continuous forming

After the flow divider, the product enters the coex diaphragm forming head with extruder, open nozzle and forming fingers in open position. A servo motor closes and opens the forming fingers with a diaphragm movement whereby the portions are separated. The product flow is continuous and the COEX head moves down with the product while closing the forming fingers and after separating the portions it will move up again to repeat. Next to this, the conveyor belt moves with a servo movement up and down to guide the product while being formed continuously.
